Assisted Living Supervisor LPN Full Time Days

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Assisted Living Supervisor to work at Trinity Village located at 522 West Lincoln Street, Papillion, NE 68046. Trinity Village has 40 independent living and 30 assisted living apartment homes.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The role of the AL Supervisor is to ensure the best possible service and care is provided to the residents within the Assisted Living community. The supervisor is responsible to ensure excellence of personalized care, meeting and exceeding the goals set by Immanuel, state/federal regulations, safety, and resident care and satisfaction. Addtionally hires, trains and motivates the finest employees to achieve high levels of performance and work harmoniously in a team setting

Skills & Requirements

Current & active LPN license.

Three (3) years of general and related LPN experience with direct experience in a lead or supervisory role is required.
