Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Our client is seeking a Medicare Enrollment Specialist to join their growing team. The Medicare Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in the ongoing success of their practice, specifically, championing Medicare-eligible customer outcomes through education, enrollment, and ongoing communication to drive retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and educate individual health insurance customers
• Deliver proactive support and guidance regarding Medicare enrollmen
• Host educational webinars for Medicare eligible populations

Requirements:

• Current Life and Health Insurance License
• Current American’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Certification
• At least one year of experience with Medicare, Medicare plans and Medicare eligible populations
• Knowledge of the dynamics between Medicare and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA)
• Knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance and documentation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers across all time zones
