To assist in support of the children, teachers and staff of the Early Childhood Education Center and Program.
Demonstrates IWCC's core mission, vision and values. Assist in the supervision of children to provide safety and emotional well-being. Interact and carry out learning activities with children. Interact safely with children at all times, including the playground. Complete sanitation duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Can make decisions in matters of significance.Â
Enjoy working with children of all ages. Experience working with children. Must be reliable and dependable and on time. Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people. Professional in communications, appearance, relationships and responsiveness. Positive attitude. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.Â
