Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide initial and ongoing supervision to behavioral staff working with patient population at the Severe Behavior Department. This position will supervise a caseload of patients, conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress toward goals, and provide caregiver training. This position will provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician staff while providing positive and constructive feedback daily as well as provide guidance to Board-Certified Behavior Analysts at the clinic. This position will assist in directing the treatment team in their crisis response procedures in order to effectively de-escalate patients engaging in aggressive and destructive behavior. This position will also assist with hiring and training new behavioral staff.
* This position will regularly encounter potentially moderate- to high-risk care situations that could result in bodily harm to the employee. These situations may include, but are not limited to, providing behavioral therapy in situations where the patients display property destruction, emotional outbursts, verbal insults, and physical aggression. This position will receive specialized behavior management training.
