Details• PACE Primary Care Adults 55+
• Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm
• No weekends or holidays
• Full-time preferred (part-time initially considered)
• Very low initial patient volume with steady growth
• Locums (6 months preferred) with extension likely
Requirements• Active Indiana NP license
• Active DEA
• Board certified (AANP or ANCC)
• Minimum 2 years NP experience
• At least 1 year primary care with geriatric patients
