• FQHC is looking for a BE/BC a Nurse Practitioner to join their team
• Salary range: $135,000 - $164,000 depending on experience
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements:
  • Education: MSN-NP/DNP
  • License/ Certifications: Licensed NP in the State of California, DEA, Basic Life Support, Valid California Divers License
  • Experience: 6 months or more of community health or ambulatory setting
