Modern Mechanical Services is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

If you're an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
• Service RTUs, air handlers, split systems, and commercial refrigeration equipment
• Read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
• Complete service documentation and work orders
• Communicate repair recommendations with customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Active Texas TDLR Registration preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
